Take note, historic moment, new standard set by Libs.

It was announced today, by Ms. Sherrod, that she will "definitly sue" Andrew Breitbart for posting "edited" video to "make me appear racist". She went on to put the blame squarely on Fox and NO OTHER media outlet. The NAALCP (Natioal Association for the Advancement of Liberal Colored People) and the O-Bummer Administration escaped criticism from her. Nope, Fox is to blame for all of it. Well, we've got a lot of work to do here I think. Let's get started, shall we?

First, does anyone, including this woman whom I am beginning to really question the intelligence of, understand what she just did by declaring she'll sue for the posting of this video? She's been screaming all over to anyone that will listen that it was all taken out of context, and as with my previous column, context DOES matter. Also with my previous column, WORDS also matter. Anyone got it figured out what she's just done? No? Ok. I'll talk to ya like you're 5.

She set a NEW standard. The Liberals have just set a NEW STANDARD. The new standard is as follows. You apparently can't post ANY clip. Nothing. Even if it's a video of the person speaking themselves, their own words. Because, unless you play the WHOLE clip, it'll be branded as "taking it out of context". Crap, what's Michael Moore going to do now? Doesn't that pretty much just shut down the rest of his "mock-umentary" career? After all, he "cut and splices" EVERYTHING he does to adavance his agenda. And one could argue that Al Gore does too with his satire, "An Inconvenient Truth" which is now WELL documented to have had segments digitalized (the scene with the polar bear walking across the ice berg is the biggest example) to draw out "empathy" for this myth the Liberals call global warming. I stopped believing it the second that I started reading the data from the scientists that screamed about it so much, and then, they actually admitted it wasn't as bad as they said. AND, that it had been exaggerated. Yet, the myth continues to be propelled. But, I digress. Ms. Sherrod.

So, she's now set this standard where anyone that just plays a clip, just what they WANT to have, the thing THEY want to really get across to people, can now get you sued. Or at least, can get you in a positon whereby you can try to sue someone. Ok, so, I just want to put a few people on notice who take things out of context and maybe play a clip, or maybe use part of a quote or manipulate something that someone said in order to portray them in a particular light. Maybe it'd be a shorter list if I just named the Democrats who DON'T do this. Hmm.

President Obama-you're on notice. You repeatedly say Conservatives are the "party of no". We all know this ain't true. They just say no to what YOU want to do. But, they do work with Democrats, they have to, just as Democrats have to work with Conservatives when they were in the minority, and likely are going to be again come November.

Joe Biden-you're on notice. Same reason as above. Plus, you verbally just stumble more than President Bush ever did and the blatantly Liberal Media looks the other way.

Ms. Sherrod-you're on notice. You state that ONLY Fox is to blame. This is where I really question your intelligence. I think you should use your brain for something other than hair fertilizer. Anyone with a 7th grade education can read into that one. I would buy your argument that Fox was PARTLY to blame, IF the whole tape was not "breaking news" on Fox as it was coming out. NOT ONE show played the tape at the time it was first released. Why? BECAUSE ALL THE SHOWS ARE TAPED AHEAD OF TIME AND NONE OF THEM GOT AN ADVANCED COPY OF THE TAPE. ONLY THE NEXT DAY, WHEN THEY TAPED THE NEW SHOW DID THEY SHOW THE TAPE. Henceforth, it was NOT just Fox to blame. The tape hit Breitbart's site FIRST. And what was wrong with what he showed. YOU stated you didn't help him "as much as I could have". Those were YOUR words! YOUR WORDS. Again, yes, context matters, but SO DO YOUR WORDS. And the whole "it was 20 some odd years ago". I DON'T CARE how long ago it was. You spoke them. Libs have NEVER cared how long ago something happened when it comes to a Conservative saying something stupid, and they say JUST AS MANY stupid things! So, turnabout is FAIR PLAY DEAR. And lets not forget your comments about Communism, you know the "haves vs. have nots". And how you thought that should change. That's the fundamental of Communism. You want Communism, go to North Korea or Cuba, or even Venzuala I hear. I'm sure you'll ove it there. They're all about Communism. And Gosh, it's SO successful there, NO Cubans EVER try to come to the US. In fact, there's a MASS EXODUS from the US to these Communist states, isn't there?

Democrats-any Democrate that has ever said Conservatives want to see old people die, and continue to play that clip of Newt Gingerich stating that Social Security will "shrivle on the vine". Now, THAT was played out of context because his next sentence was about the Republican's plan to try to fix it. BUT, THAT WAS NEVER PLAYED and the DEMOCRATS were responsidble for that. So, I guess Newt can now sue the DNC, huh? Crap Newt, sue the crap out of them! It's the new Standard that Sherrod set.

Harry Reid and San Fran Nan Pelosi-you're both on notice because you both always portray Conservatives in a bad light with carefully edited and taken out of context clips.

Michael Moore-you're on notice. You can now NEVER make another movie without EVER being sued again. Thank you Ms. Sherrod for bring to us this new standard, we can now put Moore out of business. Thank you! His "Bowling for Columbine" movie. He shows a clip of Charleton Heston holding a gun at an NRA Convention talking about having his gun when they take it out of his cold dead hands, or something to that effect. What Mr. Moore never BOTHERED to tell anyone was, that convention took place TWO MONTHS prior to the Columbine shooting. It was carefully "taken out of context" to put the NRA and Conservatives in a bad light. Well, I guess now that since that movie is still out there, the NRA can sue Michael Moore now. Great, thanks Sherrod for bringing us this new standard!

All Democrats calling Tea Party people racist-you're on notice. You have NO proof that the "N" word was ever used at the rally you ALWAYS cry about, despite cameras and microphones EVERYWHERE. So, people you claim these things without proof, I think you should be sued. After all, you're portraying Tea Partiers in a bad way to make them look racist without words.

So, we, as Conservatives, will now UPHOLD you to YOUR own NEWLY CREATED STANDARD. I will expect, of course, for the blatantly liberally biased media to not take ANYTHING out of context, or, face massive lawsuits! So, the following news outlets are on notice:

Thank you Ms. Sherrod for showing Conservatives the new standard that I urge Conservatives to use against Libs. Hold onto your socks Libs, you're about to be sued for doing what you've done for decades!

Yes, context matters, but so do your words.....

Regarding this whole ridiculous Sherrod thing. This is that black woman who, she says, was forced to resign due to comments she made 24 years ago about her reluctance to help a White Farmer, as she is black and many black farmers were also suffering. Her complaint is that, well, I helped the guy. But, her exact words were "I helped enough" and that "I didn't do everything I could". She goes on to say that she knew he was going to report to either the Feds or the State of Georgia that she had tried to help him, so, she basically did enough to keep herself from getting into trouble and to make it look good. Ok, that implies some planning and intelligence on her part. She did just enough to get by, and to keep out of trouble with all the right people. Now, for a moment, imagine if a WHITE person had did this to a BLACK person. What would the reaction be? Hmmm? Can you say RACIST?! Exactly, they would be labeled a racist, as well they should be. The color of a person's skin DOES NOT MATTER. If they need help, you help them. If it's your job to help someone, you help them and do what you are supposed to do. You're not supposed to sit there and say, well gee, I could do ALL this stuff, but, since they're White, I'm only going to do this......

And everyone seems to be overlooking that! Oh, well, the video was "taken out of context". And yes, context DOES matter, but, so does what you said. And I'm not buying this Liberal notion of "she mis-spoke" crap. Every time it's a Lib, they "mis-spoke", but every time it's a Conservative, HOLY CRAP, THAT'S how they really feel.

Ok, something that the Lamestream (now proven to be Liberally biased as evidenced by the Liberal Media's attempt to cover up the Reverent Wright fiasco) is not covering is Ms. Sherrod's thoughts on the "haves vs. have nots". You know, I've NEVER worked for the Department of Agriculture, but, I'm pretty sure that you making those kind of calls has nothing to do with your job description. I'm pretty sure in your job description is something about guidelines for what you can, and can't do to help someone. I'm sure there's financial eligibility requirements, and I'm pretty sure the skin color of someone seeking help is irrelevant. So, what she's "secretly" doing is putting power into "class warfare". Pitting the haves vs. have-nots. This, of course, is one of the bastions of Democrats. You know, Karl Marx and such. Any doubts about it, please feel free to read Karl Marx and Friederich Engels Communist Manifesto, and then see how close that is to what Democrats have been saying for years! I've read the thing, it's dry, but, if you think about it politically, it's actually quite fascinating. And note, I'm not saying that Conservatives are angels here. But, I certainly think it's dangerous for this philosophy. In an ideal world, communal living MAY have worked. But, I honestly don't think so because someone is ALWAYS going to have something that someone else doesn't have, and they'll want. Then they'll cry about how it's not fair, etc. And in walk the Libs saying something about how it's some Constitutional Right to have that, or some crap like that.

You know what my folks taught me? You want something? Earn it. Work for it. Someone shouldn't rely on the Government for anything. I think it makes you weak. I think it builds character to give it your all. Call it simplistic if you like, but, I think it gives one a real sense of achievement. Now, are there some factors that flat out prevent certain segments of our society from succeeding? Possibly so, but I think people give up too easily, and I think if it requires more effort than changing the channel on their remote control, their attitude is screw it! It's cause I'm (insert racial group here). At that point, you're using your race as an excuse. Stop wallowing, and start DOING. Crap will not be handed to you for free. Period. There's gonna most likely be a cost somewhere. The cost may be, you have to work to get it, you may have to put in effort, whatever. If you really need it, I guess then you'll have to do whatever it takes. Otherwise, I guess you can just roll over and die if you like. But don't blame me or the government cause it's easier to make an excuse than to actually do something.

People can cite all kinds of things about how it's not fair, and how they've been discriminated against, etc. Uh huh. I can do the same thing too. I'm a White Male. How many scholarships you see for that, huh? I see them for black only all the time, American Indian, women only, homosexuals only, etc. Well, that seems pretty "reverse discrimination" to me. And, there will be those that argue that "well, you're privileged cause you're White". Well gosh, that seems like a stereotype don't it? Just cause I'm White you think my life's easy? Cause I'm White, I'm assumed to be a racist, I'm assumed to have "the easy life". I NEVER got one scholarship to college. Not one. I didn't qualify for financial aid. I had help from my parents as well as worked my way through. So, don't give me that class warfare crap. You want to engage in that crap, and get a "free" hand out. Hey, you have your choice of countries for that. North Korea and Cuba are Communist. Feel free to move there to get your "freebies".

And Ms. Sherrod should TOTALLY be held accountable for her thoughts on what she said. Her initial reluctance to help someone who's White, which she admits by her own words, as well as her thoughts on class warfare. And the NAALCP (National Association for the Advancement of Liberal Colored People) cries about the Tea Party having racists. Did you see the people in that audience that Ms. Sherrod spoke to? They clapped, they cheered. They liked what she said. So, I denounce the NAALCP as racists as evidenced by that video. And Ben Jealous (current leader of the NAALCP) did not denounce that. Instead, the organization says they were "snookered" by the Tea Party and Foxnews. Really, so all us Moron rednecks who like Fox outsmarted you guys huh? Guess that makes you REAL idiots then huh? I'd like to hear the NAALCP denounce the racists in their own organization. I'll be waiting a LONG time I think.

How's this for reform?

Suddenly now, O-Bummer wants to have "Comprehensive Immigration Reform". Then, we have Pete Stark, Democrat from California, mocking the Minutemen and trying to convince a town hall of his constituents that the border is secure. Really? Is that why the Feds have declared a National Park in Arizona off limits because of safety concerns by drug cartels that apparently are quite armed and smugglers of illegals. But, 'ol Pete Stark is oblivious to that. No, he thinks ONLY the Minutemen are killing people. This, despite that there is NO evidence that a Minutemen have EVER killed anyone. Yet, how many shootings do we have regarding innocent Americans getting shot by illegals and drug cartels? Pete Stark may well be suffering from Alzheimer's Disease here. A Congressman since 1973, he is known to mock people and make fun of situations. During this recent town hall, he asked the Minuteman what he would do. The response was to send 25,000 troops down to the border and build a wall as tall and long as it took. Stark's response was he would go down and start a ladder company but he wanted to know how tall the wall would be so he could make ladders so people could get over the wall. So, we have a member of Congress openly stating he would start a business to get people into the country illegally. Now, I realize Stark was being facetious, however, since Libs like to take Conservatives at their every word, a little taste of their own meds doesn't seem out of place here. We have a guy (Stark) who says he will get them into the country illegally. Great. Prosecute him! Send his wrinkly old butt to a Federal Prison and let him be a smart ass to "bubba" and see how that works for him. I don't think he'd be beat up as much as he'd be a pin cushion. Getting back to O-Bummer, the Arizona law is based on Federal Law. Other countries in the world, you better have your ID ready when asked for it. Yet, that's not ok in the US. However, Libs want us to be like the rest of the world. So, why not have this whole ID thing like the rest of the world then? You want to be the rest of the world so bad.....The rest of the world, the countries have (more countries than not) an official language. Fine. Let's make the US English. Further, English seems to be the "unofficial" language of the world anyway, so, another conflict there. The rest of the world uses English in many international business transactions, so, let's be like the rest of the world then. Next, the ID thing, we just covered that. Other countries in the world, they've revoked the "you're born here, you're an official citizen" thing. So, let's get on board with the rest of the world. If you're illegal and you have a kid here, the kid's no longer a US Citizen. Of course, though, the Democratic Party will never go for that. Cuts down on their potential future voters, right?

So, O-Bummer wants comprehensive immigration reform. A standard actually. Well, seems like Arizona has one. However, O-bummer doesn't like it, so, he's suing. Fine. Sue. You're gonna lose face pretty bad when you're suit fails though, you know that right? Especially since it's based on Federal Law. Especially with Arizona's track record of defending against law suits. Especially if you've read the Bill. Oh wait, Libs haven't done that. They continue to make up lies about how it will lead to racial profiling (Bill 1070 prohibits that) and that you'll get stopped for any reason (Bill 1070 also says that you have to be stopped for a legitimate reason, and ONLY THEN, can you be asked to prove you're a citizen). But, Libs apparently don't get that part. Must be they're not learning in the Liberally controlled schools. Oh wait, let's thrown another Trillion at that! And then blame that on Bush.

There was a letter to the Editor of the Yakima Herald Repulsive a few days ago stating that everything was Bush's fault, including the oil spill. Really? Another person suffering from Alzheimer's Disease, cause apparently, she didn't realize that O-Bummer's been in office for the last 18 months. Apparently she didn't remember that O-Bummer passed all kinds of legislation stating unemployment would never go above 8% (it's nearly 10% now), and that all these jobs would be created. Then, it was jobs that would be saved. Then, it was jobs that were created (unfortunately Public/government sector jobs, EXTREMELY small Private Sector jobs) in the Public Sector. Now, we have Joe "why can't you say something nice, why do you have to be a smart ass all the time" Biden (More moronic things come out of his mouth than ever out of Bush's-yet, a free pass from the Lame-Stream Media which is SO Liberally Biased, no wonder newspapers and Liberals Bastions of TV news and news channels are losing viewers to Fox and Conservative outlets) says there is no way we can replace the 8 million jobs lost. Wait, isn't that what you told us the Stimulus was for? Then, you have some idiot Democrat from Illinois, Jan Schakowsky, telling Fox this morning that "no jobs were created under Bush during his 8 years in office". Really? She needs to really use her brains for something other than hair fertilizer because jobs were created under him. Obviously, businesses hired, so, unless people were working for free, people found jobs under him. Now, they may not have been government jobs, and maybe that's what the Libs are crying about. They seem to have this delusion that the government should be the answer to all their worries. Actually, no. The government should empower people to take care of themselves. Period.

So, if you think there's not a problem with illegal immigration, by all means, go down to the Buenas Aires National Wildlife Refuge along the Arizona border (if you can get in) and just stroll around. See if ya get mugged, shot, or killed. I'm sure you won't see Pete Stark there. You want real reform? Well, O-Bummer likes to institute Moratoriums on things. How about one on Immigration. NO ONE gets into the US for 1 year until we get the illegal immigration reform figured out. NO ONE. Legally or otherwise. Bring all the troops home (from around the world, cause apparently, if there's a US Presence in a country, we're occupying it. So, I guess we've been occupying Europe for decades!) from around the world. Put them on the border with every weapon imaginable. Let's see how tough the drug cartels really are. Dig 20 foot deep, by 30 foot wide trenches along the border. Fill them with Piranha. Let's see illegals get past that.
