How much more incompetant can he be?!

Well, we've all heard President Crybaby now talk about how wrong it is for the US Supreme Court to even consider over turning his health care bill.  He cries and calls it "judicial activism."  He even mentioned Conservatives talk about all the judicial activism and how it should stop.  The problem is that this president is beyond incompetant.  He clearly does not know the United States Constitution very well.  What he calls "judicial activism" the US Constitution calls "judicial review".  Obama, in all his ineptitude, doesn't seem to think that his legislation should be under judicial review.  Obama doesn't seem to understand the basic functioning of the US Government.  See, there's this process called "checks and balances" that help keep one branch of government from becoming too powerfull over the other branches.  The Legislative Branch makes the laws, the Executive Branch enforces them, and the Judicial Branch reviews the laws to make sure they're cool with the US Constitution.  It's the basic functioning of our government.  And Obama feels he's above all of this?  He doesn't even understand the basic tenets of our government, its most basic functioning.  The basic problem here is the requirement for the government to force people to buy something, namely, health insurance.  If we allow that to happen, what's to say that the government can't require you to buy solar panels for your house?  Or to buy a hybrid car?  Nothing.  They can justify it because there'll be precident now.  Assuming the US Supreme Court upholds the health care law, which I do not believe it will.  Unlike President Obama however, regardless of their decision, I will respect it.  President Obama has a history of not accepting judgements of the US Supreme Court.  Each time they decide something he doesn't agree with, he takes a shot at them.  Clearly, he has been attempting to "de-legitimize" the US Supreme Court.  All he has to do is to make them illigitimate and their decisions won't have to be taken seriously or adhered to.  The Libs latest tactic is that "it's being decided along party lines".  Well, we know that's not true as some of the justices are frequently seen as "swing votes".

Another tactic that Obama is employing is that he's crying about how the judges are "unelected."  Yep, that's right man.  The reason for this is such that the justices cannot be intimidated.  You can't coerce them or intimidate them, or threaten them.  Henceforth, they can make more independent decisions without fear of retailiation.  If they were elected, they may have to be much less impartial in order to get re-elected.  So, you really want someone who's not elected.  That is, if you really understood the basic functioning of the US Government.  Which, Obama doesn't seem to.  So, he continues to try to de-legitimize the court.  It got so bad, that even a Federal Judge required the US Department of Justice was given a homework assignment requesting their thoughts on whether or not judges had a right to review Federal Laws.  Eventually, the Justice Department agreed that the Federal Courts had that right.  Well, that's great, glad you agree with the US Constitution.  It has been rumored that if that one piece is declared unconstitutional, which I believe it is because the the requirement to force people to buy health insurance, what will Obama do?  He has been steadily trying to declare the US Supreme Court illigetimate.  With this latest attempt, basically saying they didn't have a right to review his legislation, I can only imagine how he will try to throw the US Supreme Court under the bus.  It is said that the justices have already made their decision, they are simply now in the process of writing their opinions as to why they went the way they did.  So, we shall soon find out, likely in June or July at the earliest.  As far as the party lines thing goes Obama, you really can't argue that.  The reason is you have Elena Kagan that you nominated to the court, whom has been proven specifically that she was in favor of the health care law.  And, she refused to recuse herself from this court decision.  So, your argument regarding deciding along party lines, don't hold water president crybaby!
